Sunday Funday

Without a doubt, today is my favorite day of the week. Sunday Funday. Brunch with the gang followed by The Flying Saucer Pool Championship of the World (So Far As We Know).

I missed a lot of these over the last three years due to having to work overtime. I missed a lot this Summer due to my roadtrip. I'll miss a couple due to the barn tear down.

I'm SO there today.

I love the conversations. Interesting points of view and insights are always welcome in my world. Laughter too. I get plenty of that every time I get to go. We've settled on two really good restaurants that take really good care of us. The Saucer has been the only constant over the years. The pool table is a great place to gather. Shooting stick, or just playing the "Window Game" is a great way to pass the time while visiting.

It's been a quiet weekend so I don't have much to say.

I'm sure Floaty and Pope VinnyLXIX will have their own opinions to add later on.

As for me, I'm off to get a couple mile walk in and then to Brunch.
